- Launched Rumie in Afghanistan, through establishing partnerships with local NGOs that resulted in thousands of learners accessing Rumie's e-learning platform.
- Proposed darsx.org being a suitable domain for Rumie's micro-learning platform in Afghanistan and onboarded partners and volunteers to contribute and use the platform.
- Worked directly with the technology team for proposing, presenting and prioritizing features to get into the product, considering the user feedback and product usage data.
- Implemented localization of both the product and the content for the Afghanistan market.

- I was responsible for the launch and growth of multiple web and mobile apps for the company that was used in integration with their autonomous mobility projects.
- This role included working with developers and engineers from various nationalities and across multiple time zones, with strict timelines.

- Led the design, development and management of a knowledge management portal for the client, one of the world’s largest development firms.
- This role required field interviews and user story sessions in order to adequately determine and finalize the requirements.

- Lead the development and growth of the Darakht-e Danesh digital library (DDL) and worked with the developers team to modernize the architecture and UI.
- Deployed various other web applications for the organization's projects and actively supported all activities in their Technology for Education program including developing digital literacy curriculum.

- Led the company’s mission and vision development, designed innovative IT solutions and designed market-driven IT training for individuals and employees of client companies.
- Applied for and won multiple long-term ICT project contracts that led the company to be sustainable and profitable.

- Led the software development department of the company and successfully delivered multiple web applications for medium to large size clients.
- Among many applications that I led and managed, one of them was developing the new version of jobs.af, Afghanistan’s leading job board. The application was developed using a very traditional way, where I was able to structure it and apply modern development methodologies and applications.
- I also delivered multiple classes on web application development for job seekers and employees and designed many courses for this purpose.

- Provided technical support for the hosting and server account holders in both Linux and Windows platforms.
- The support coverage was to over 20,000 web hosting and domain clients of the company.
- I worked with Centos, Ubuntu and SUSE Linux servers and also with all variations of Windows Servers including virtualization. I set up and configured custom servers in the data center as well.
