IMS(Inventory management system)
The proposed application streamlines the management of goods purchased for the ministry and their distribution to various departments. It consists of two parts: the Purchased section and the Distribution section. The Purchased section enables the insertion of multiple goods and invoice descriptions simultaneously and allows for updates and deletions. Search by invoice number is possible, and a PDF version can be generated. Goods already in depots are counted, and new goods are created as needed.
The Distribution section features a registration of GoodsKeepers, responsible for handling goods for each department. Goods distribution is facilitated through a searchable dropdown, with goods descriptions appearing dynamically in an input field using Ajax requests. Once goods are distributed, the system generates an invoice number, and the quantity of available goods is updated. The system enables search by GoodsKeeper name and printable PDF versions of the data.
The last part of the application is a monthly and yearly report generator. Reports can be searched by goods name, GoodsKeeper, and invoice number. The report is printable as a PDF.
The proposed technology stack includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, PHP, Laravel, and MySQL. User management with different roles and permissions is also included. The proposed application aims to increase efficiency and productivity in goods management for the Ministry, and contribute to a better future.
Simcards Management System
The project requirements are:
- Admin user can enter employee information and distribute sim cards, which can be edited and deleted.
- Admin user can distribute sim cards based on company, department, and employee ranks, with the ability to view details and distribute sim cards later.
- System can print employees' details in PDF format.
- Admin user can search employees by name and view information, including distributed sim cards.
- System provides monthly and yearly reports, detailing how many sim cards were distributed to which departments and employees, and by which sim card companies.
- User management allows for creation of multiple users with different roles and permissions.
- Technologies used include JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
- With these requirements, the system will provide an efficient way for the admin user to manage sim cards and employee information, as well as generate reports to help track sim card distribution. The user management feature allows for customization and flexibility in access to the system.

Overall, Softelino’s website is a great example of a well-designed and functional dynamic website
