Proposal Writer
• Coordinate grants and proposal development.
• Serve as team lead for all proposals, working with and /or overseeing other key roles (e.g. board of directors and senior managers).
• Lead proposal development initiatives, providing overall coordination function between top management, finance, and operations to ensure smooth and timely proposal development processes.
• Monitor major donor trends (policies, strategic directions, etc.) and funding opportunities through regular research and monitoring of information on relevant websites and/or other sources.
• Support for business development and develop funding proposals appropriately to the context.
• Ensure proposals are tracked with standard information and details.
• Support proposal budget develop and ensure responsiveness and that it matches the technical narrative.
• Consolidate written inputs into a cohesive proposal narrative; write non-technical sections such as the management and past performance sections.
• Interpreting donor solicitations and donor-specific rules and regulations to ensure a responsive and compliant proposal design.
• Edit full technical proposal and budget narrative for coherence, length, uniformity, and responsiveness to the solicitation.
• Maintain strong over sign of the portfolio and pipeline, including grant opening and closing dates to ensure timely submission of all related deliverables.
• Grants management and submit proposals after approval of top management team.
• Review and negotiate donor contracts and agreements.
• Support organizations’ growth aligned with strategic priorities through liaising and collaborating with senior team members in program design, researching context, gaps, needs assessments, and viable new funding opportunities.

Zero Hunger
Zero Hunger was one of the sustainable projects aiming to support zero economy and the most vulnerable families for ten consecutive months. The project is designed to help those who cannot afford their families’ expenses and are under an ill-poverty level but are willing to learn skills or careers to have a sustained income in the long term. We provided the families an amazing opportunity that will open up new job and income-earning opportunities for poor families after almost 1 year of food support. This will boost the opportunity for the families to increase their earnings and find a job in the market after successfully emerging their skills or careers.

Emergency Response
Designed and implemented emergency response international projects (COVID-19, Floods, Earthquakes, Food and Hygiene Kits Distributions) in various provinces across Afghanistan.
Bread Factory
While the majority of the population is living below the poverty line and people need humanitarian assistance for them to survive and be able to move from crisis to stability. I have designed the bread factory project for Qamar Foundation to work on different fronts to combat hunger by helping vulnerable communities through different means including the plan to establish numerous bakeries and kitchens to distribute loaves of bread and daily meals for the needy households.
