We are seeking a highly accomplished and seasoned Senior Node.js Engineer to join our e-commerce team. This role will entail designing and engineering scalable, high-performance server-side solutions utilizing Node.js. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and tackle technical obstacles and will assume a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create scalable, high-performance server-side solutions using Node.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recognize and resolve technical challenges
• Partner with team members to identify and implement process enhancements
• Author clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our e-commerce platform
• Stay current with the latest advancements in Node.js and related technologies

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Node.js Developer
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express, and associated frameworks
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong comprehension of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Proficiency with Git and version control
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and systems
• Experience with React or other front-end JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
