I plan course instruction based on the approved syllabus & course outline provided to assure course content and learning objectives and I schedule and to provide academic support to students, tutor if necessary, and provide other assistance as needed Start classes on time, conduct classes for the full time period, and enforce any applicable campus administrative policies.

The Provincial Public Communication Specialist provide technical assistance capacity development and training to strengthen the capacity of provincial counterparts in communication strategy public outreach advocacy and citizen engagement. The Advisor provide technical support to the provincial communications office civil society private sector the media women and youth groups and other provincial stakeholders on implementing the UNDP/ASGP communication and public outreach strategy with the aim to improve communication and public participation. The Advisor is based in one of the target provinces and work closely with Provincial Governor Office and his senior provincial counterparts and other ASGP team members in coordination with UNDP/ASGP national government counterparts in particular the Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG).

In this position of Project Manager, I had managed multiple project teams located in 6 Provincial Offices of AHEAD in Kabul, Nangarhar, Kandahar, Herat, Kunduz, and Balkh Provinces. I played as Senior Program Officer (focal point) with donors in the sectors of Capacity Development or training programs under Afghanistan Workforce Development Program (AWDP) – USAID in order to create more jobs and develop current capacity of private sector employees.

The Advisor is based in one of the 16 target provinces and work closely with Provincial Governor Office and his senior provincial counterparts and other ISLA team members in coordination with USAID ISLA’s national government counterparts in particular the Independent Directorate of Local Governance (IDLG).

The Job Placement Manager (JPM) was based in one of five WIE regional offices and report to the Senior Regional Manager or his designee based in one of the WIE regional offices. The JPM is responsible for implementation of WIE Workforce Development and support and manage the Job Placement Officers (JPOs), collect and process documentation for internships and apprenticeships, establish relationships with employers and relevant stakeholders, and identify opportunities for work experience placements. The JPM also work with other regional Workforce Development Team members and with business service providers to provide all necessary training for WIE beneficiaries.

The Health & Safety (H&S) Manager is responsible for overall worksite health and safety for all construction and other field work performed under the contract and will have the responsibility for implementing and maintaining the Health and Safety Plan (HASP) and any associated H&S logs and records. The Health & Safety Manager oversees the overall H&S management process and directs contractor and subcontractor H&S representatives in accordance with the approved HASP. The Health and Safety Manager also serves as the primary point of contact for USAID and/or its Construction Management Consultant to address any matters related to health and safety under contract.
