Afghan Pay FTTH CMS
Afghan Pay FTTH CMS is a robust, full-featured Customer Management System (CMS) designed specifically for managing FTTH (Fiber To The Home) broadband subscribers. This platform streamlines customer onboarding, account management, service provisioning, and network integration.
Key Objectives
- Centralize FTTH customer records and service data.
- Automate provisioning and service changes via AFTL SAS4 integration.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer support workflows.
SAS4 Integration
One of the core strengths of this system is its seamless integration with the AFTL SAS4 system:
- SAS4 (Subscriber Access System v4) manages ONUs (Optical Network Units) and FTTH devices at the network level.
- Our CMS communicates with SAS4 APIs to provision, suspend, reactivate, and update customer services directly from the CMS.
- This tight integration removes the need for manual configuration by technicians, enabling near real-time service changes.
