"We need a designer, a developer and someone to run it" is how half of real projects start. Hiring three separate freelancers and hoping they gel is a project in itself. Now the people who already work well together can show up that way.

One profile, one contract, one payee

A team on Yagankar is a full talent account of its own: it has a profile, applies to opportunities, gets hired, collects reviews, and is paid into its own wallet — one contract and one payee, however many people do the work. How the team splits earnings internally is their own arrangement, made explicit to every member. For employers, that means the coordination overhead of a multi-person engagement drops to zero: you hire the team like you would hire a person.

A roster built on consent

Teams invite members by email; a person appears on the roster only after they accept — and even then, members who keep their individual profiles private are never exposed by the team page. Each member's own profile shows a reciprocal "Part of" link, and anyone can leave a team at any time. On applicant cards and in Find Talent, teams carry a clear Team badge with the member count, so employers always know what they are evaluating.

Track records that compound

Because a team is a real account, it earns its own Verified Work Passport, reviews and verified earnings — a shared reputation the collective builds engagement by engagement, while every member keeps their individual record too.

Freelancers: you can start a team from the Team page in a couple of clicks.
