Payment trust

Payment is handled through Yagankar. The employer pays securely, the talent is paid through a supported payout method, and the reference, receipt, and confirmation are recorded on the engagement — so both sides have a clear record.

Safety & privacy

Candidate information is shared based on visibility settings, application status, and shortlist status. Sensitive opportunities can be invite-only or visible to verified talent only. This matters especially for Afghan talent, and for women-focused hiring.
