By creating an account or using Yagankar (“the platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate details and are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Talent and employers

Yagankar connects organizations (“employers”) with people offering work (“talent”). Employers post opportunities and review applications; talent build profiles and apply. Yagankar is not a party to the working relationship or contract between an employer and talent unless explicitly stated.

4. Payments and fees

Where payment is handled through the platform, applicable service fees are shown before you confirm. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your engagement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, post unlawful or misleading content, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to circumvent platform security or fees.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant Yagankar a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the platform.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Yagankar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
