An opportunity only works if the right person sees it. So we tore the login wall off the board and rebuilt how postings travel across the web.

Browse first, sign up when it matters

The opportunities board is now fully public. Talent can read every open role, fixed projects, hourly work, monthly contracts, full-time and part-time roles, cohort programs, filter by category, skills and location, and only need an account at the moment they apply. Every serious platform earns trust by showing its marketplace, not describing it.

Found by search engines

Every public posting now publishes structured JobPosting data and sits in a dedicated sitemap, so search engines index your role with its title, location, compensation model and closing date. Posting on Yagankar quietly doubles as posting to Google.

Links that unfurl properly

Paste an opportunity link into WhatsApp, LinkedIn or X and it now renders a social card generated for that posting - title, type, location and budget on Yagankar's kite branding. A shared link is often the first impression a candidate gets of your organisation; it should not be a grey rectangle.og-card.png

Honest lifecycle, visible dates

Postings show when they were published and when they close; expired roles say "Expired on…" instead of quietly lingering; and once someone is hired, the posting freezes, what candidates saw when they applied is what the record keeps.
