Private and respectful, on both sides
Shortlist links are unlisted and excluded from search engines — they exist for you and whoever you forward them to. And they only ever include professionals whose profiles are publicly visible on Yagankar; a private profile is never surfaced into anyone's shortlist, however good the match.
