Plenty of organisations do not want another dashboard — they want the role filled. That is what managed hiring is for, and this quarter its core deliverable got dramatically faster.

How it works

  1. Share the TOR. Send your terms of reference or hiring brief through the managed hiring form — the same document you would forward to a partner org anyway.
  2. We draft, then vet. Our team matches the brief against the whole verified talent pool, then hand-reviews every pick: real track record, real reviews, availability.
  3. You get one link. The result is a private shortlist page — each candidate with a note on why they fit your brief, their verified stats, and a path to their full profile. Forward it internally like any document; it is built for that.

Private and respectful, on both sides

Shortlist links are unlisted and excluded from search engines — they exist for you and whoever you forward them to. And they only ever include professionals whose profiles are publicly visible on Yagankar; a private profile is never surfaced into anyone's shortlist, however good the match.
