AurumPay is seeking a talented and driven Mobile App (Flutter) Developer to join our engineering team immediately. This is a high-priority role, and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible to support our rapidly growing fintech platform.

In this role, you will help build the next generation of secure, high-performance mobile applications that power our digital payment infrastructure.

We are looking for a developer with deep expertise in Flutter, combined with a working knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. This is an opportunity to work on modern fintech products that connect users with real-time services, e-wallets, and seamless payment systems—all while ensuring the highest standards of security and performance.

1. Build cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, delivering smooth, pixel-perfect experiences across Android and iOS.
2. Develop native modules in Java/Kotlin (Android) and Swift/Objective-C (iOS) when platform-specific functionality is required.
3. Integrate with backend services by consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, ensuring reliable data flow and real-time updates.
4. Implement robust security measures, including OAuth2/JWT-based authentication, secure session management, and encryption of sensitive user data.
5. Manage application state effectively using tools like Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API to maintain predictable and scalable app behavior.
6. Incorporate geolocation and real-time tracking features using Google Maps or Mapbox APIs to enhance user engagement and service delivery.
7. Optimize app performance using profiling tools such as Flipper and platform-specific performance monitors to ensure fast, responsive experiences.
8. Collaborate closely with designers using Figma, ensuring consistent UI/UX across both platforms and maintaining design system integrity.
9. Uphold code quality through disciplined use of Git, GitHub workflows, peer code reviews, and comprehensive testing strategies.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mobile app development.
3. Strong expertise in Flutter.
4. Proficient in native development for both Android and iOS platforms.
5. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2/JWT, and mobile security best practices.
6. Proven experience integrating geolocation, mapping, and tracking features into production apps.
7. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, agile development methodologies, and Git-based workflows.
8. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative fintech environment.

Nice to Have:

1. Previous experience working on e-money, digital wallet, or fintech platforms.
2. Familiarity with API gateways and microservices architecture.
3. Understanding of payment flows, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2) in mobile applications.
4. Experience maintaining design systems and collaborating with product and design teams via Figma.
