Women’s E-Learning in Leadership (WELL) is seeking a committed Volunteer Fundraising & Grant Writing Support professional to help strengthen and expand our work supporting women, particularly women in Afghanistan and Iran.

WELL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through:

• Leadership education and training

• Community building and mentorship

• Global networking and connection

• Opportunities for women to strengthen their voices, confidence, and leadership

What You’ll Help With

The volunteer will work with WELL’s leadership to:

• Research foundations, grants, and other funding opportunities

• Support the preparation and writing of grant proposals

• Help develop fundraising strategies and donor outreach

• Maintain a pipeline of prospective funders and deadlines

• Help communicate WELL’s mission, programs, and impact to potential supporters

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome someone with experience or strong interest in grant writing, fundraising, nonprofit development, international development, women’s empowerment, or philanthropy.

Strong writing and research skills are especially valuable. Familiarity with foundations and institutional donors is a plus.

Important: This Is a Volunteer / In-Kind Position

This is an unpaid volunteer opportunity. Your time and professional expertise will be contributed in kind to help WELL expand leadership education, community building, and global connections for women who face significant barriers to participation and opportunity.

The position is remote and flexible, making it suitable for someone who would like to contribute professional skills to a meaningful international mission.
